Internet Marketing 101-the short course
- Build an attractive website that features your products/service front & center. Think "Posters" not textbooks or Star Wars.
- Market your website so it can market your product for you. Put your web address on related sites, trade mags, flyers, business cards, etc. Use it to help answer enquiries.
- Assess how well you are doing. Use counters to check visitors. Search on your product to see if it appears on search engines. If not see below.
- Consider Google Adwords & Yahoo! Paid ads to get your site visible when people search. {yes it costs money but if your product has demand it will generate sales for you}
- Fine Tune your ads frequently & keep your site up to date and functional
- If this soulds too technical and/or time consuming, get a webmaster to set it up for you & keep it working.
- GOOD SELLING!
