INNER YOGA


Welcome to InnerYoga.ca. Our organization is dedicated to promoting the healing strength that flows from the practice of Maha Meditation Yoga.

Meditation is known to contribute to the well-being of its practicioners by providing improvements in many facets of life, including the following:

    Cardiovascular, Pulmonary, Hypertension, Aging Effects

  • Psychological Benefits
    Decreased anxiety, Decreased depression, Increased happiness, Increased emotional stability.

    Enhanced compassionate self-awareness and self-acceptance.


Yoga & Life

We live in the past that is dead, or the future which is unborn, through our mind. We do not live in present. If we could live in the present, where everything is happening, experiencially we would see the eternal life and a glimpse of eternal truth. In that moment when everything is happening, the movement and action and inertness and non-action-both extremes of the spectrum meet in the conciousness. This is where life fully manifests. Between the past memories and future imagination lies the real life which we normally miss. This hiding of what is and showing what is not is maya(illusion).

With inner yoga the right to touch the stars is yours.
